The game is played on a large playing field, preferably in the forest, by two teams against each other. At the beginning, the playing field is divided into two halves and a prison is set on the center line. Each team receives a flag (a piece of cloth or towels also works) and hides it in its half of the playing field. The aim of the game is to find the flag of the other team and transport it to your own half of the field. The opposing team may be captured in their own half. If you have been caught, you must go to the prison and count to 10 before you are allowed back into the game. The teams have time to develop a strategy at the beginning when hiding the flag. It makes sense to agree that both your own flag is guarded and that seekers go to the opponent’s half. Now only a start signal has to be given.
